    Good morning.

    Here's what matters today.

    Today

      • Lincoln Elementary, front gate. Doors open at 7:45.
      • Sophie's violin is by the front door — orchestra is today.
      • Alex is walking them in.
      • Bus leaves school at 8:15, back around 5:45 PM.
      • Packed lunch, no nuts. Permission slip was signed last night.
      • Swim is marked “not going” on the calendar.
      • Lincoln gate, 3:15 — Sophie, William and Nora.
      • Jordan comes back later on the trip bus, so it's just three.
      • Riverside pool, 5:30–6:15.
      • Goggles are in the swim bag; the towel is in the dryer.

    School email to calendar

It reads the school email. It catches the clash.

Fivey finds the date buried in the newsletter, puts it on your Google Calendar with who's on pickup, and flags any clash — with a fix ready for you to approve. No second inbox to keep up with.

    2Fivey finds what matters

      • From the school nurse's note in his folder.
      • No follow-up asked for — just keep an eye on him tonight.
      • Words: though, although, through and seven more on the sheet.
      • Paced a few a night so Sunday isn't a cram.
      • One practice page, both sides.
      • Back in his folder by Wednesday morning.
      • Times tables sheet — the 6s, 7s and 8s.
      • Four facts set aside for Thursday's ping.
      • A photo of each one is kept in Jordan's art folder.
      • Nothing to do — Fivey just mentions it once.

    A note from the founder

Mary Stewart Malone, founder of Fivey

“I wanted to be in my family more, not spend so much time managing it. So I built Fivey around the way our house actually runs.”

    — Mary Stewart Malone, mom of four

Every week our house gets 16 to 20 school emails, four backpacks of papers, and class WhatsApp groups that never sleep. Fivey started there. It's how we run our home now.

    Privacy

Our commitment to your family's privacy

    • No ads, no advertising networks, and no data brokers.
    • Your household's information is never sold. It's used only to help your household.
    • Fivey never sends, books, pays or replies to anyone without a parent's yes. Routine school dates go straight on your calendar, and Fivey tells you what it added.
    • Helpers see only the logistics they need. Private events show your partner just "Busy".

    Fair questions.
