Cozi: the calendar you fill in
Cozi has been the default family calendar for twenty years, and it's earned that. Shared calendar, color-coded, grocery lists, a recipe box — if your household just needs one shared place to look, Cozi still does that well, for free.
What it doesn't do: anything for you. Every event, every reminder, every grocery item goes in because someone typed it in. The school email still gets read by a human. The dentist still gets booked by a human. Cozi organizes the mental load. It doesn't carry any of it.
Ollie: reads your inbox, still can't finish the job
Ollie is the closest thing to Fivey on the market — text-based, no app, watches your calendar and inbox in the background. If you want something that quietly sits on top of Gmail and Outlook without you lifting a finger to set it up, that instinct is right, and Ollie built it well.
But Ollie draws a clear line, in its own words: it reads, reminds, and drafts — you're still the one who replies to the teacher, confirms with the other parent, and RSVPs to the party. It gets the information to you faster. It doesn't close the loop.
Fivey: finishes it

Do I need to download another app?
No. Fivey works in your family text and chat. The app is where you see the week and give your yes — the work happens in the messages you already send.
