Fivey

    Terms of service

The agreement between your family and us.

Plain terms, written to be read. Last updated 14 September 2026.

    Who we are

Fivey is a household assistant operated by SF6 LLC. Using Fivey, or joining the waitlist, means you accept these terms.

    Who can use Fivey

Fivey is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and you must be entitled to share the household information you give us. Children do not sign in, and Fivey is not directed at children.

What Fivey does, and what it does not

Fivey reads what you connect, prepares plans, drafts messages, and — where you have said yes — books things on your behalf. It always asks before spending money or sending anything in your name.

Fivey is an assistant, not a professional adviser. It is not medical, legal, financial, or childcare advice, and you stay responsible for your family's arrangements.

    Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anyone you invite into your household can see the household's information, so invite only people you trust with it. Tell us promptly if you think someone has reached your account who should not have.

    Connected accounts

You choose what to connect — email, calendar, and so on — and you can disconnect at any time. You confirm you are allowed to connect those accounts. We use that access only to run Fivey for you.

What you agree not to do

Do not use Fivey to break the law, to harass anyone, to send bulk or misleading messages, or to reach information that is not yours. Do not try to interfere with the service or the places Fivey contacts on your behalf.

    Bookings and money

When Fivey books something, the agreement for that booking is between you and the place you booked, with their own prices and cancellation rules. Fivey never confirms anything that costs money to undo without your yes, but it cannot be responsible for a third party's charges, availability, or service.

    What it costs

While Fivey is in early access there is no charge. If we introduce a price, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you can decide then.

If you are an early family, what you have stays. A price change applies only to new sign-ups: we will not remove, shrink, or put behind a payment anything your household is already relying on.

    Your information

How we handle family information, including children's details and how long we keep things, is set out on our privacy page.

    What belongs to whom

Your family's information, letters, and photos remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to run Fivey for you. The Fivey software, name, and design remain ours.

    Stopping

You can stop using Fivey whenever you like and ask us to delete your household's information. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give you notice and a way to take your information with you.

    Where we stand legally

Fivey is provided as it is, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

    Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you and update the date at the top of this page. Carrying on using Fivey after that means you accept the change.

    Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes go to the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them closer to home.
